The breeding heating boiler is controlled by a microcomputer controller. During the heating process, the heat generated by the host is transferred to the radiator through the pipeline. The breeding heating boiler is composed of a host, radiator, thermostat, induced draft fan and pipeline.
Host: It is a combination of plumbing and wind heating. The interior uses a riser design. Heat energy is repeatedly absorbed. The product has less coal burning and high heat utilization efficiency.
Radiator: It is composed of pure aluminum radiator and pressure axial fan, and has two functions of cold and warm.
Temperature controller: The temperature can be set as required to achieve the purpose of automatic control and constant temperature.
Characteristics of breeding heating boiler
The newly developed three-stage intake combustion support design is adopted. details as follows:
1. Main air inlet: Under the action of flue gas fan, primary air is blown into the bottom of the furnace, overcoming the resistance of the fire bed, and ensuring the oxygen supply of coal burning on the grate.
2. Side inlet air: A small fan sends air to the middle of the furnace to promote the combustible matter (gas and carbon particles) produced by combustion to mix with air to form a strong rotating combustion effect.
3. Top inlet air: The newly designed conical porous blade is located on the top of the furnace, blowing the flame center directly from top to bottom, eliminating the dead corner of oxygen supply and burning combustibles.
Heating part of breeding heating boiler:
1. The four walls and middle spiral tube of the combustion chamber are designed with ladle water.
2. In the tempered smoke exhaust section, the multi-tube combined smoke and fire return structure is adopted for the water and fire design, so that the heating area utilization rate is high. Therefore, the device has a fast heating speed, high thermal efficiency, and low exhaust temperature.
