At such high temperatures, the tar and coal black in the coal are burned out, and the sulfur in the coal is synthesized with other substances into salt substances under high temperature conditions, so that the boiler itself can achieve environmental protection requirements without adding dust removal and desulfurization devices . 4. Safe and convenient: The non-pressure products of the pig house heating boiler do not have the risk factor of the steam boiler. The scientific coal storage bin can continuously burn for several hours by adding coal at one time. As long as the coal is added 2-3 times a day, the microcomputer can control the operation of the boiler. If an unexpected situation occurs, the boiler will be shut down in time. In normal operation, no long-term dedicated personnel are required. It not only guarantees safety, but also reduces labor intensity, saving time and labor.
5. Very long service life: With the new design concept, coal is burned in the combustion chamber first, and the smokeless high-temperature air flow generated enters the fire protection pipeline. The heat exchange through the fire protection pipeline not only improves the thermal efficiency, but also reduces the fire The metal drum greatly improves the service life of the boiler.
